In 1981, she obtained a diploma in rehabilitation therapy from the Orthopedic Traumatology Center in Rome. In 1984, she graduated from the International Theatre School “Circo a Vapore” in Rome and, in 1985, she earned a diploma in Plastic Sculpture upon completing the four-year course at the School of Ornamental Arts of the Municipality of Rome. In France, she specialized in the Mézières Method with Françoise Mézières at her center in Noisy sur École. In 2002, she attended the workshop “The Comic Body” with Yves Lebreton in Montespertoli (FI). Her interest in bodily expression led her to obtain in 2002 the diploma of Feldenkrais Instructor and in 2003 a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Rome La Sapienza. Her passion for sculpture and theater merged, and in 2008 she attended the “International Workshop on the Art of the Mask” with Donato Sartori at the Mask and Gestural Structures Center in Abano Terme. Since 2009, she has followed seminars of the Linklater Method with Kristin Linklater at both the Cultural Center il Funaro in Pistoia and the Kristin Linklater Voice Center in Orkney (GB). In 2012, she took the course “Fool & Clown in Shakespeare” with Merry Conway at the Link Academy in Rome. At the Funaro Center, she participated in the “The Musical Body” Workshop by Jean Jacques Lemetre and “The Nature of the Labyrinth,” a seminar by Enrique Vargas. She deepened her study of the mask by participating in the following workshops: 2016 “Floez Akademy”, workshop by Familie Floez in the Abbey of San Giusto in Tuscania (VT); 2017 Workshop on the Greek mask with Adriano Iurissevich at the Venetian Theatrical Academy (VE); Workshop “The Mask from ancient theater to the Commedia dell'Arte” with Carlo Boso at the University of Urbino; 2018 “Workshop on Leather Mask Construction” with Alberto Ferraro (RM); 2019 seminar “The Mask: the Project, the Material, the Play” with Giulia Falchi (RM); mask construction seminar in leather with Renzo Sindoca (Bassano del Grappa); Leather mask construction workshop with Stefano Perrocco (AIDAS Versailles). In Rome, she followed Claudia Contin in a seminar on the commedia dell'arte. In 2018, she participated in the “Homo Stupidens” Workshop with Pierre Byland at the Burlesk Center in Cavigliano (CH). In Rome, she attended the Workshop “The Art of Comedy” with Carlo Boso and in Tuscania, the seminar “The Humors of the Body” with Merry Conway. From 2015 to 2019, she attended the Free School of Nude (Academy of Fine Arts in Rome). In 2019, she participated in the International Commedia dell'Arte Stage with Carlo Boso (AIDAS Versailles). She has participated in shows as an actress, creator, and director, including: “Le Trachinie” with Igia Pellicciari and Gabriella Corona, “Homo Simplex” with Emmanuel Gallot Lavallèe, “Il Cordone” with Mauro Licoccia and “Visions from Shakespeare” by Alessandro Fabrizi. Since 2021, she has been teaching Feldenkrais and the pedagogy of physical training at the International Academy of Theatre.
