Antonio Gargiulo

She earned a Master's degree in Economics in 2007, specializing in Management of the Tourism Sector and Cultural Assets. During her university years, she attended an acting course at the Teatro De Poche in Naples and participated in some minor plays.

In 2010, she received a diploma as an “Actor” and “Theatre Assistant Director” from the A.I.T. in Rome, following a Three-Year Professional Training program. Meanwhile, during her intense experience as a student of the Academy, she was hired by the Arteam Theatre School in Rome as an acting teacher for children, teenagers, and amateur courses for adults, a role she would hold for about two years.

As an actress, in 2010, she took part in the play “Napoletango”, written and directed by G. Sepe, produced by the Teatro Eliseo in Rome and replicated in some of the most important theaters in Europe, such as the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, and the London Coliseum. She played a co-leading role in the film Reality News by S. Vitiello, in the show Clownarchia, with tours in Italy, Austria, and Germany, and in the television production La Squadra-III Series, produced by Rai Tv.

In 2011, she participated in a specialization workshop on Commedia dell’Arte directed by Leonardo Petrillo with Carlo Boso, Nando Citarella, and Memo Dini. She was Pulcinella in the play “The Imaginary Lovers” by L. Petrillo, produced by the Teatro di Roma. In 2012, she took part in the play “The Symposium-What is love” by A. De Rosa, produced by Emilia Romagna Teatro, and in the play “Other Loves” by R. Di Gianmarco. She followed and led numerous workshops on Commedia dell’Arte in Italy and abroad.

In 2012, she also continued her teaching experience with some seminars on Commedia dell'Arte in Ciampino, and as an assistant to Andrea De Rosa. Her experience as a trainer in 2013 expanded to the cinematic field, serving as a teacher in a workshop held by Massimiliano Bruno, and in corporate training collaborating as an actor and trainer with Amicucci Formazione, the Italian Army Aviation, and Ferrovie dello Stato, among others.

In 2013, she participated in the play Autonomous Dignities of Prostitution, by L. Melchionna, produced by the Teatro Bellini in Naples, and in the play “The Taming of the Shrew”, directed by A. Konchalovskij, a co-production by Teatro Stabile di Genova, Teatro Stabile di Naples, and Teatro Stabile di Prato. Additionally, she took part in the radio show “610” hosted by Lillo&Greg and produced by Radio Rai, and was the protagonist in two short films: “Dejavu” directed by F. Luca Ricci, and “And you...” directed by M. Marlard.
