Acting School of Rome

The acting school “International Theatre School” is one of the most qualified course of High Professional Training among international sphere;  the course of study, theoretical and practical, is extremely complete and detailed. It is aimed at the development of the technical part and the knowledge of scenical languages, on one side, on the other, at the personal expression and freedom of creativity of each student.

Since 1984 the acting school is dedicated to a complete and refined training of the actor, theatrical and cinematographic, and to the study in depth of other professional figures as dramatist and director. As a matter of fact, a lot of our graduated actors and directors are well integrated in the occupational world with professional versatility and interpretative originality, thanks to a diligent practice of personal discipline.

Teachers, recognized at international level, make use of the most important theatrical and cinematographic pedagogical methods of the twentieth: Lecoq, Stanislavsky, Grotowski, conjugated to academic elements of dramatic art along with the study of voice, singing, expressive movement, mime and dance.

The school is turned to students of age with High School diploma; it has a compulsory attendance aimed at getting the diplomas, according to Title V of the law 23/92, Determ. n 2818/2010 (Theatre Schools/Drama Schools).
